SMS/Pro Dashboard is a web-based administration tool that allows you to not only manage your Showcase subscriptions but, more importantly, measure activity (Key Performance Indicators or KPIs) and gain the insights necessary to evaluate and adjust strategy if required. The dashboard administration tool allows you to make frequent adjustments easily and then evaluate how changes to things like designs, incentives, and content impact results.
A Short URL service is also incorporated as a way to shorten long URL addresses that can impact the cost (and readability) of text message broadcasts. This service also adds a capability to determine performance based on source media (ex. print, posters, NFC, QR) as multiple short URLs can be used for a single web page destination.What KPIs Are Tracked?
